Edwardian Walnut Dentist's Cabinet

A fine Edwardian Dentist's cabinet circa 1905. Made from superbly figured walnut and of a very unusual design. From the attractive galleried upper structure to the roller shutter, the opalescent white glazed slide worktop to the mass of multi drawered front and sides. The whole piece has highly decorative ebonized edges and wonderfully crisply turned drawer knobs. Most of the drawers have their original white opalescent bottoms which would obviously been essential to their dentistry usage. The original side handles and casters are in good order and even considering its weight, it still moves quite freely on a hard surface. This stunning piece of furniture has been completely restored in our workshop and is presented in beautiful condition.

This cabinet with its central lock that locks every drawer would make an excellent jewellery storage piece.
